Edda is a lifetime resident of Virginia, born in Washington D.C. and raised in Falls Church. Edda has 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry as an underwriter and loan officer.
With Heltzel Mortgage since 2002, Edda has helped home buyers throughout Virginia realize their dreams of homeownership. As an approved trainer for the VHDA Homeownership Education Program Edda provides invaluable information to first-time buyers.
Edda is active with the Prince William County Chamber of Commerce, the Fauquier Chamber and the Greater Piedmont Association of Realtors in which she serves on the Education Committee. Edda serves on the Family Selection Committee for Fauquier Habitat for Humanity and also volunteers for the Prince William Habitat for Humanity.
Hiking, skiing (both water and snow), reading and gardening are some of Edda’s favorite pastimes.
